Just listen to what you want- who cares what others say? The older you get, the less it matters. I listen to everything from Brian Eno to XTC to Joy Division- why does everyone feel they have to be a part of a "scene" anyway? I JUST found out what "emo" was from my lj people, and frankly, I laughed my ass off because I see those people all over the fucking place and always wondered what the hell was wrong with them.
