My first 'green' smoothie. I know that it looks like baby poo, but it is quite tasty! Kale, strawberry, blueberry, pineapple, cuties(tangerines), apples, pears. Quite nutritious and delicious!
I just don't think I could make myself drink something that looks like that! But I hear they're very healthy and nutritious. I'll just take their word for it, thank you.
I've been meaning to call and ask you for more detail about what you meant when you emailed to ask if I had a juicer. Did you get a Vita-Mixer? I saw that they're selling them at Target now.
I didn't get one, because I didn't want to buy one if I wasn't sure that I would use it. Then I also took into consideration what you said about the fiber. I ended up using my food processor. I was happy with the results.
Oh, I have a Vita Mixer. Wasn't sure if that's what you were asking about. I don't use it too often anymore, but the thing is, it will last forever. They're very well made. You do get what you were expecting though-- use it a lot at first, then kinda stop. But at least it's there whenever I want it. Kinda like my Bowflex. lol.
I keep wanting one of those Kitchen Aide stand mixers, but I'm pretty sure the same thing would happen there too.
P. S. One of those really strong blenders that they make now, can cost a lot less than a Vita Mixer, and probably do about the same thing. Sort of a compromise, if you're still thinking about it.
