I heard a bit of Rumsfeld's testimony in front of Congress today and I have to say, the GOP are trying their damnedest to create a scapegoat somewhere. They tried it with George Tenet, blaming the CIA for not providing enough good intelligence before 9/11. We may never know exactly what when down with the intelligence but I'll tell you this;

Yep, thank God Bush isn't smart indeed! I hope Rumsfeld isn't going anywhere. The worse his administration looks, the happier I am!
