A good week

After quite a while of being inconsistent, I finally managed to put in the time for a good week of cycling.

Monday, 1:40 at an endurance pace, about 50km total.
Tuesday, 1:50, sprint workout. Ten minutes of light during the warm-up, then three spinners, ten jumps, and six full-length sprints. A good workout, surprisingly not exhausted afterwards ( Read more... )
