Especially since this Conan has obviously lived as such for about 8 years. For shame.
His Hattori has the same issue though, so he's not calling you on it. "I wouldn't think you were." Particularly since it's kind of illegal for... Everyone.
Except police. "...I'm guessing there's a story here?"

"There's always a story" His tone is slightly deadpan as he shoves his hands in his pockets and studies Conan.
He knew this wasn't HIS Kudo (as if that wasn't giving him a headache all on its own). It's been around ten years, and the kid's grown now. He also hasn't heard from him in weeks and every day that passed worried him more and more.
Hopefully Ran was still with him.
Shaking his head slightly to clear the thoughts, he shifted the subject slightly. "What is this place? Some kinda pocket dimension?"
