Perhaps this is a new face in the DR? She's certainly not a child most people would recognize. Though she seems...familiar. Though it might not be easy to place where exactly she's from.
While Christie's usual personality did not allow her to act confused or freaked out, her recent act has pushed her to act as a child would. So as any child who'd find herself in somewhere else completely after leaving school, she had a probably confused and curious face. Not that she wasn't honestly curious about where she is.
She'd never had teleportation happen to her before.
"Neesan? Conan-kun? Ayumi-chan? Genta-kun? Mitsuhiko-kun? Are you guys here?" Christie called out. People might notice she's got a definite American accent to her tone.
Vermouth could always pull off the role she was given. Becoming Christie Haibara, Ai's cousin from the states, did not change that one bit.
