With the plain white t-shirt and trousers, you might think this is an ordinary Kaito, if a little monochrome. There's a newsboy cap tugged low over his right eye, and a stripy scarf wrapped securely around his neck (which he keeps tugging at, for some reason). Nice and normal... right?

....right?

[ooc: Come and prod the shock-collared assassin~!]

How about some red for white? Though this Aoko's archaic dress, while obviously once fine, is no longer anything so pristine, stained with untold months of hard use and questionable activities. The thick black boots she wears have seen their own days of hardship, starting scarred and scuffed just below her knees and ending in heavy chipped soles that press down on iron hobnails.

Those nails make a distinctive, threatening clack on the polished floor when she crosses it, and dig into the carpeted areas with a fighter's sureness. This is only emphasized by the heavy club hanging at her waist, held still by one leather-gauntleted hand as she peers around the lobby, evidently looking for something. Her blue eyes are sharp above the grimy smudges that stand out on her pale skin, and the pair of chitin-green goggles nesting in her hair just bring out the colour even further. Above all is a faint whiff of brimstone ( ... )

Oho. Hello little miss.

"Little Miiss~~" He tips his hat at her, drifting over with a close-lipped smile, falsely pleasant.

"The little miss looks very grown up."

The miss hardly spares him a glance, far too used to disconcerting strangers striking up strange conversation in dark alleyways. Instead she settles for a curt, "I should hope so."

There's a pause while she looks under a chair, and then she sighs, straightening up and propping her hands on her hips. No need to be rude when he might be able to help her - and no need to add to the list when she's already offended one person here.

"You wouldn't happen to have seen a half-wild mandrake running around being a nuisance, have you?"
