Ok, so three hours, three hundred dollars, three pairs of slacks, three sweaters, three tank top/camisoles, six shirts and two necklaces later, I am finally finished shopping.  And everything goes with everything else, so I think I have plenty of outfits to last me for a little while

It was a nice day! I don't have the money, but needed the clothes for my new job. When I get my first paycheck, then that credit card bill will be paid off!

It's great to hear that you had such a positive day! Just relax - you know the first day of any job is a downer, so just keep your chin up, enjoy how smart you look in your new clothes and show them what a jewel they've hired.

I must say, I did look pretty dang good in my new clothes today. Unfortunately, I am not used to wearing nice clothes, and the pants were starting to get on my nerves by the end of the day. Nothing too major, and I think it is just because it sits differently on my hips than jeans, which I normally wear.
