Yup! Squidward has to have face surgery after Spongebob slams a door on it. Very disturbing!

Yes, that is a very disturbing episode. "Handsome" Squidward creeps me right out.

I've never understood how getting hit in the face managed to change Squidward's entire physique but he ended up ripped. Creepy.
