I found an interesting blog that teaches employers and HR folks about potential lawsuits in the workplace by analyzing potential lawsuits in each episode of The Office. It looks like every episode has at least 1 potential lawsuit. Dunder Mifflin could have been sued to extinction a long time ago.

Thank GOD someone else did this - I keep saying that during every episode I watch. It really pushes the believability line!

I guess that's the neat difference between US and UK versions - in the US version, Michael actually does have talent as a salesman. In the UK, it's a total wash.
