Major developmental Milestone for Zack...

Tonight, Zack watched "2001: A Space Odyssey" for the first time and....he liked it! He even wants to watch it again! I am so proud of my little man. It took me a few viewings to really enjoy that movie

I was about to argue that Contact would be too cerebral for him, or at the very least, uninteresting. The special effects don't start until the last third of the movie, but he DID enjoy 2001.

I'm interested to hear his take on Alien. This will be the true test to see if he's a kindred spirit (to me at least). If he approves of Alien, then I can't wait to for his reaction to Aliens. I challenge anyone to cite a better sci-fi/action movie than Aliens.
