Less Pudgy.
I've been going to the gym on a regular basis as of late. It's paying off big time. I've lost a couple pant-sizes, not to say I can't wear my other pants, I do own a belt; what I mean to say is that the pants I wasn't wearing because they were to tight are now either comfy or just a little snug. the southwestern ohio/northern kentucky area is colder than dick cheney's heart, we had windchill of up to negative 25 over the last couple days and everything is pretty much frozen solid. it's pretty bad, the stairs to our front door cracked like calving glacier-ice and scared the dog coming back from a walk. it's just such a dry kind of cold that ( Read more... ) -

winter is here to stay
it's snowing outside and has been all day. it makes me happy. it makes me miss alaska. even though my hometown didn't see much snow, it was the same kind of cold as we have here. cold that makes your face ruddy and flushed. it makes home seem warmer and yet encourages long walks. looking at the world when it's this cold and quiet makes it seem more ( Read more... )
