i really hate petco. i ordered sidney one of those cute rhinestone collars w/her name on it for her birthday. i ordered it on the 9th. they didn't bother to contact me until a week later to tell me the collar (but not the charms!) were out of stock. so i asked if they could replace it with a different color collar, even though black would blend in

That sucks that Petco did that to you but I like Petsmart a lot better and I have not had problems with them. That is so cute you are having a little birthday party for your baby. :)
