My whole body hurts

I can't even get up to brush my teeth. It hurts that bad. I never expected to feel this terrible. The actual surgery went well, but I woke up this morning and I couldn't lift my arm. Tears ran down my face as I attempted over and over and over again to get out of bed. I mean, I had surgery on my vocal cords...then why does my face, my back, my eyes
