I have a hypothesis that most cops were made fun of and/or picked on growing up.
The traffic stop, overall, went well; the cop was really congenial for the first few minutes, and even moreso during the last few. And looking back, it's amusing to me the way he lowered his face into my window and got all serious-looking to ask me if I was a shithead. ^.^
I've been tellin people I live in the ghetto for months now.
I'm (glad?) to know the cops agree with me on that one. :P
