Yeah, its bad to spend too much money. The 30% discount applies to only non-sale marked items. You can often find something comprable to that discount in the sales area. You're never really saving money. If you were to buy a $10,000 dress with a 90% discount, you're still spending $1,000. Its $9000 less, but $1000 is still a lot.
