Frustrating Real Estate Agent at Success Realty, Marshfield WI
I put these behind a cut to save your flist. I had to include the whole emails for you to really
understand how much this woman makes me want to scream!
This is an email I sent Aug 16. I cut the unimportant parts. Otherwise this is
the response she got when asking if we could be out of our house at noon 8/31
we are limited in time and help to begin with. I don't
know if it is possible for us to have all that done any earlier unless
we can start moving earlier. I also have other obligations. I have
entries in the fair that week, Damian's school registration, and we
have to get our camper out to the fairgrounds all before wednesday.
Are the repairs done in Hewitt yet? What time is closing for our
house? What time are we getting the keys for Hewitt?
I'm excited, but really stressed too. there are several key points
that we don't know yet and time is running short. Please get back to
me as soon as possible.
**after that email we found out we can't get into our new house sooner
so we can't let the buyers in sooner**
So today she sends me this:
Could we let the buyers have their house earlier in the day on Wednesday.
They start school on Thursday and did not realize that when they agreed to
let you have until 6:00 P.M. Maybe if they could get in there at noon that
would be very helpful for them. They have agreed to let you have it with no
charge for those two days so I think it would be a very nice jesture to try
to help them out.

***Between the 2 emails above I have offered twice to give them the house sooner
if we can get the keys for our new house on Sunday. In addtion, I even offered
to give them the house earlier if we could at least put our stuff in the
garage at our new house on Sunday. But they refuse to budge one inch. Plus we are
going to be at appointments until noon on Monday because the sellers for our new house
wanted to close earlier. We can't start moving until 12 on Monday. ***
So I sent her this:
I have explained this already. If we let them in on Wednesday then we
only have Monday and Tuesday to move. Plus now we will be in the bank
all morning on Monday, so we won't even be able to start moving until
12 on Monday. We only have 2 people that can help us move during the
week. Again, if we can get the keys Sunday this may be possible. I
would like to help them, but no one is helping us get in sooner. I
just don't think it is possible at this point.
Also you told me they couldn't come earlier anyway. I was the one who
suggested trying to move on Sunday rather than Monday so we could
help them out. I feel like I'm trying to be guilted into this. This is
not my fault I have been trying to help them out the whole time, but
no one is helping us
Her reply:
The owners at Main said no to any occupancy before close on Monday.
Sorry about that but I suppose they are finishing moving. We will leave
it as is with the walk through on Walnut at 5:00 P.M. on Wednesday Night.
