Sam had left for a few hours, leaving his brother with Bela so she wouldn't be alone so close to the baby's due date. He just needed some air, Ever since Sam had moved in, he and Bela had fallen quickly into the roles of husband and wife. "Dean's taking you to the hospital, right? I will meet you there."
