Jay has been living in Russia around 20 years...
He is a great cook who runs organic cheese farm in Russian countryside.
I stayed three full days. I was lucky to participate cheese making process and to dig into farm's atmosphere.
Also every day I drink fresh milk, eat cheese, and work on a fresh air with a good conditions.
I work together with two Uzbekinstan workers - Ali and Rahmeddin. They came to Russia to find a possibility to earn at least something. Fortunately, Jay is very kind person, so guys like to work at his farm.
