A lot of sixties-inspired clothing . . .
This? Is fabulous and James Jean is a god.
Eternal love for Mark Buckingham.
This was when Tony Atkins came in as a guest penciller for Cinderella Libertine. Very chic.
In Fabletown, Cindy wears her signature light blue. Especially at celebrations and formal events--basically Cindy dressing as Cinderella. With a necklace or hairclip to show that she's Cinderella and not some other princess--you can play "Where's Cindy?" with some issues. (It's all colour-coordinated--Briar Rose would be in pink, Cinderella in blue and Snow White in black.)
When on a mission, roughing it out or interrogating people, Cindy slums it in her monogrammed/personalised tracksuits--in red or Disney princess blue.
The From Fabletown With Love arc had some stylish rags for Cindy while she was undercover.
New series has business-like mission gear.
New cover art from issue #1 from Cinderella: Fables Are Forever, coming out in February 2011. I think someone wanted a change of demographic. Cinderella is supposed to be James Bond meets Fairy Tales, but that looks like it was inspired by Ursula Andress. Oh and inappropriate winter-wear. *sob*
And a very nice fur coat when she was a mouse for a mission in the Cloud Kingdoms . . . Beauty without cruelty!
This bad hair day? Pretending it never happened.
