THAT is insane! You have every right to be outraged. If they didn't present a search warrant I would of started screaming about people stealing the store and called 911 myself to force the police Station to give a clear answer before getting into any damn car. And how could they tell them they didn't need a lawyer aren't they entitled to have one no matter what if they are taken to a police station and Doesn't it say "you have the right to an attorney" in the Miranda that should be said to your family before they were "arrested" That is Ridiculous!
