With a wistful sigh, Sakura idlly played with a strand of hair as she waited for Sasuke to show. He'd actually put up a considerably minimal amount of protest when she'd suggested that he get out and try to enjoy himself. Tucking his hands inside the pockets of his pants, which, seeing no point of dressing up, the Uchiha had kept as his attire along with the black collared shirt he was wearing earlier, Sasuke kicked a pebble, sending it tumbling down the dirt road. He lifted his head, and immediately spotted the shock of pink hair at a corner of the street. Sighing warily, he made his way over to the kunoichi.
"Sakura."

"Sasuke-kun," she returned in greeting. "I didn't think you were going to show at all." Stepping closer to him, she smiled brightly, glad that he had chosen to come out after all.
"You look...nice." It was difficult to give a compliment on how nice he looked when, in fact, it was the same exact way that Sakura saw him everyday. But, in an effort to lighten his mood, she just went with it. "So, should we get something to eat?"

It was a great day for a festival! He thought to himself, glacing up at the clear night sky, as he headed boisterously towards the festivities. Hopefully... he'd be able to find Sakura-chan again, and be able to convince her to finally come with him for ramen or something ( ... )

Leaving the still-silent and stoic Sasuke where he stood, the pink-haired girl took another step in Naruto's direction, making an attempt to meet up with him, calling out to him again.
"Oi, Naruto!"
Stopping in her tracks a moment, she glanced back over her shoulder to where Sasuke still remained, never ceasing to smile. "Well, aren't you coming?"
