I've been trying to post for the last week and a half or so, and it seems that every night that I've come home, I pass out before I can even write a whole sentence. Simply put, I've not had a day off in about three weeks. If even. But now, I've stopped working at Paint it my way, and even still, they called me into Nagoya on saturday, so yesterday (being sunday), I finally had a day off. And what did I do? I most certainly did not post. In fact, instead I spent my time cleaning the house before mom and dad got home, and also installing my old car stereo into my new car. Which is actually the subject of this brief post I'm making.
My old car was a Red 2000 Honda CR-V LX.
I loved it, I loved it dearly. Many adventures were had in that car.
And so, in the process of getting a new car, I told my parents I still want an suv. And while a CR-V wasn't my top choice, I wouldn't mind driving one again. So what happens? They find a CR-V for sale. And what model is it? An LX. And what color is it? Red.
So ironically, I'm driving relatively the same car. It almost looks exactly the same. I transferred my tag over to this car, since I still had time on it. The only thing that's missing now, are all the labels on my dashboard, and a few bumper stickers on the back. To many, people will say, "I thought your car was stolen! You are a phony! HEY! DO YOU KNOW WHO LIVES HERE? A PHONY! A BIG FAT PHONY!" But I'm not a phony! My car was really stolen, and I showed you pictures from it.
Now I find this to be particularly ironic.
In my earlier post, Ton said:
And well, Karma instead got back to me, and I'll tell you why.
You see, this girl, Christine Forster, bless her heart, she was trying to make me feel better. But something she said really irked me. It was about how I made up the whole thing, and it was just a hoax, blah blah blah, see here:
And I know she was joking, and said it sarcastically, but I mean, now I really do feel like the boy who cried wolf.
So Karma instead, goes back to me, but I guess in a sense, things feel back to normal. Except for the 33% of the car that I have to pay to my parents, that being $2400 or so. And I didn't make that much money this time around. So we'll juat have to see how that pans out.
This image is huge, sitting at 911kb, whatever.
It's one of my favorite images ever.
And sadly, I realized that the guy looks exactly like Flaming Lips superhero, Wayne Coyne.
I've probably just pissed off alot of Flaming Lips fans.
