I heard of people transferring schools.

I've heard of people transferring schools for this semester due to fears of Southern not opening up back in due time. Is anyone else considering this option, just so they're not behind? I think I'm going to stick it through, and just stay in summer school.

I can't transfer. But if the school holds off this semester, I'm just gonna take it off and work here in Jackson.

I do not want to transfer now. USM is my home for the time being, it would not make sense to up root myself from another place just b/c it might take a few more weeks than expected to get campus up and running.

My thoughts are to take off this simester, and then transfere somewhere next simester, maybe... I do not really know for certain yet. I will have to see how things go...

Okay, I accidentally just posted anonhymously, but what I meant to say was I'm sticking around. I just talked to someone inside Hattiesburg, and they said at least part of the city has electricity. My guess: we'll start school sometime around the second week of september.

Man i just think some people are taking it way out of proportion. I just think we will be have school with no holidays until dec. 22. or so heh
