I've never been good at remembering all the exact steps of CPR. I even got certified once for the portable defibulator machines... Good thing that I never had to use one.

crazy enough, this training isn't even covering CPR or other first aid techniques.

did you look at the firm's website? I bet you'd like some of the stuff they do (in terms of the machines).
