Handy Tip

If one is considering vigorous exercise in the evening, one should probably not eat half of a pizza and a bunch of cheese bread dipped in butter-garlic sauce for dinner.  Unless one hates oneself, of course.

Just throwing that out there.

Anything else "thrown out"? Like half a pizza and a buttload of bread sticks?

ugh - I feel a little nausous just thinking about running with all that in me!!! How far did you make it?

I'm not running at this time. I've got a rucksack loaded w/ 35lbs. +/- and marching around town at a brisk pace. I try to get a couple of big(ish) hills every time I go out.

Last night I only went for about a half hour before I'd decided I'd had quite enough.

I managed to keep everything in.

Sounds like a good workout! I dunno if I'd manage to eat that much and keep it all down, so good on you!

I'm running tonight and it still sounds to me like something I could get into.

Probably after running.

I had some good 12 hours later cheeseburger burps playing hockey a few years ago. 12 HOURS, wtf!
