It's been cold.

Really cold.

I discovered some methods of combating the bizarro emotions coupled with this time of year - most involving food.  Gina has been unbelievably patient with my mo mo motions.

Things that help at this time of year:
- Water.  Lots of water.
- Walnuts
- Turmeric
- making food in general
- cleaning

The chest cold performed a sneak attack.

Its actually, probably, BRONCHITIS.

I capitalized, bolded and underlined the shit out of that because it seemed to deserve it. You cant have a lower case bronchitis.

It started to go away - then it came back hardcore. Now its going away again thanks to some unprescribed prescription anti-biotics.
