I am very pleased! I just called Comcast and told them I wanted to cancel our service (just a ruse). The guy on the phone (Manuel) asked why and I told him because DirectTV was a much better deal. He negotiated with me until I was happy and for the next 12 months, we are saving $50 per month on our bill (HDTV, Cablemodem, HBO, Showtime, etc.). Yay
