Today was day 2 of my low carb diet. Breakfast and lunch are a Slim Fast low carb shake. Dinner is steak and a vegetable. In between the shakes and the meat are baby carrots - with an actually nice tasting no carb ranch dressing - fruit (now they make low carb canned fruit - nice!) and tons and tons of water to keep me from feeling too hungry.
