I would ask him what his plans are for the universe in a few dozen billion years when entropy will slowly encompass the cosmos.

I imagine his solution will be the same as for how he will refuel our sun. Fortunately he is a resource without limits (Isaiah 40:29).

I would ask what I needed to work on?
What other plans did He have in mind before Adam & Eve sinnned? I know they where to fill the earth & subbdu it but was there any other plans that are on pause till we reach the new order again.
