GA experienced it's first significant cold front over the weekend and I found myself actually trying to preserve my body heat. Since running my heat at 75 degrees would cost me the AD&D equivalent of a suit of banded mail per month I opted to fight the cold with decidedly economical means

I'm pretty sure +5 is the highest an item can be enchanted to. Your cloak would be more powerful than the Rod of Seven Parts and Vecna's Hand combined, LOL
