My favorite deleted scene in a movie is from Snatch. Vinnie Jones is standing eye to eye with a dude, and they're trading "Why don't you start somethings" very casually, and then the other guy looks at Bullet-Tooth's employer and says, "Oy. Your dog's just pissed in me pocket!"
