Let's see ... in my room, there are 7 (2 in a lamp, 1 in another lamp, 3 in the ceiling light, 1 in my fishtank).
In the house, there are ... 7 in my room, 4 in Scott's room, 7 in Kati's room, 8 in Russ' room, 2 outside the house, 2 on the front porch, 8 in the upstairs bathroom, 5 in the downstairs bathroom, 11 in the kitchen, 3 in the dining room, and 4 in the living room. A total of 61 lightbulbs in my house.
in my room: 1 main fixture, which is new and I've never changed the bulbs on, but I expect it's two flourescent bulbs. 1 reading light, with a low wattage flourescent bulb 1 mood light, a blue 25 watt incandescent.
As for the house, that's trickier. Do you want it broken down by type? Or just number?
In the rest of the house, 42 incandescents, 9 fluorescents, and 6 halogens (7 if you count my lava lamp). I think we got some bare bulbs in the attic, but I don't recall and I don't feel like going up there.
We have 4 in the bedroom, and 26 in the rest of the place... however, that's not counting the rope lights hanging on the wall... if you count those bulbs, you can add another 480 bulbs (30 of them are currently blown out, darn-it!) And I didn't count flashlight bulbs...

I'm not even going to attempt to count all in the house. There's definitely over 100.
