Still working on the knee. It's going pretty good. Doctors say I can be back quicker than they said at first so I'm trying to listen to them. I slacked off for a few days here for a little trip but I've still been working it like they want me to so it's all good. I'll be ready to really work on it when I get home. I'm having a great time here

Good for you. I think you were going a little nuts in the house (the jello ocean may have been a sign). In the fridge? Probably a few weeks. Just peel the top layer off if need be.
