Valeria has already figured out something is wrong. She went from mewing for dinner to hiding half an hour ago. Sonyaaa is still begging for food, and is still destroying my paper towels to make her point -- I just hope she doesn't find the CostCo-sized package of paper towels in the closet.
I really like that Bandit isn't able to figure out when things are different from the usual routine. Perhaps it's because all his instincts were trained outdoors, or perhaps it's because he's not the brightest kitty, but he's pretty easy to catch unaware. And he has this ridiculous belief that people are less likely to grab him from on top of the bed than on top of the couch.
The tripod I'm using is pretty handy for landscape orientation. Its notion of portrait is inspiring me to get the 90-degree-rotated camera grip for my body, because the tripod prefers to give portrait photos a, uhm... artistic tilt. Yeah, artistic.
