Heading down to South Carolina this evening at the charming hour of midnight.  Sounds crazy, but with three of us in a truck and a 12 or so hour ride in front of us it's not a bad idea.  Plus, we should get in early enough to possibly go play some golf, which would be hysterical on many levels as I haven't swung a club in at least 4 years.  Want to ( Read more... )

I'd say stick to the basic rules and the rule of fun when running LFR, at least until you know the group and the expectations better. I've had a lot of fun running it, but I also think 4E is a well defined system so there are not as many sticky gray areas to get bogged down in.

Definitely pick a LFR module that you like, and preferably that you've played once or twice. Makes it much easier to run.
