The fortune I got at 98 Pounds yesterday read "You tend to spark the flame of enthusiasm in people." That sure seemed to be the case yesterday. I was making the wrestlers and coaches laugh a lot. My wit was firing on all cylinders.

At Mom & Dad's the other day I was playing part of Gamma Ray's "Strangers in the Night" on the piano. It sounded quite good. I think it'd make for an awesome full version of the song, as opposed to just a couple of lines I know how to play.

The phrase "o' clock in the morning" seems like it's only said when the person saying it thinks the time is extreme. "I stayed up until one o' clock in the morning" or "I have a meeting at ten o' clock in the morning". If the speaker didn't think the time was dramatic, they'd say "I stayed up until 1" or "I have a meeting at 10 ( Read more... )
