I realize I never updated everyone on the law suit thing. We talked to a lawyer who said that we could ignore their threats as they were being silly. He also said he would be happy to represent us if it went to litigation.

The bank was talking to the title company to see

mudding is relatively easy to do. it takes some practice and each time you stop and start it seems like you need to warm up again. but it can be fun. and as long as you aren't hanging drywall too it isn't that difficult. I hate hanging drywall, hard on the body.

I am having so much fun reading your posts about this house. It will be forever until I can manage to buy my own place, so I'm living through you. I'd love to get a chance to fix up a place like this and all the pictures you've posted have made me super jealous.

Don't get too jealous! I thought this would be fun and stuff too, but now that I'm actually doing, what it tends to be is really overwhelming. :/ Maybe it'll be better when we can actually MOVE IN.

Oh I'm sure it's much better to read about. I think what I really want is for a friend of mine to buy a house close by that I could help fix up. That way I don't have to deal with it being mine, but I'd still get the satisfaction of working on it. Man, it is a shame that there's this big land mass between us or I'd totally come over and help you out. Clearly I need to become wealthy so I can fly over on weekends whenever I want.
