The Man Who Hugged Walls

I lost my temper today
Like I used to do before.

I couldn't help it.
It's been the fortnight of hell.

It's times like these I wonder
If there's any point.

But then I remember 
the man who hugged walls.

He was on a TV show
Talking of his childhood.

His parents kept him in their basement
And fed him scraps through locked door

He seemed so brave

Cheers, yeah I did. It didn't mean to come out that way at all to be honest, but that's where my head is at right now I guess!

Cool. I try to tell myself the same thing - how I'm lucky to have a loving family - and that there are ppl out there who have it much worse. But it really helps to have a specific image of someone worse off in mind rather than just a generic poor person. (That is, it helps most times, and sometimes makes me feel guilty)
