My home computer is back up and running!

I put in the error message I was getting into google, and read about the likely causes of the problem. Turns out all I needed was to change the battery on the motherboard :). Sam got me a new battery last night, and replaced the old one, and booted up my computer. I'm so glad it was such an easy fix!

What exactly happened to your computer? My desktop crapped out last night. It just turned itself and hasn't turned back on since. I replaced the battery and nothing. Did you still have the little light on the motherboard on? I'm really hoping it's NOT the power supply. I can't quite afford that right now.
