Sleep Training: Fucking Regression

Clover's been regressing on her night sleep since Thursday last week. This is just great, fucking coming before a busy 3 weeks of travelling. According to The Wonder Weeks, she is on her 37th Week leap and apparently this is contributing to her sleep regression.

I also fall into the 'not enough sleep = angry person' camp. Back in the early days, I would threaten Chris and wildly claim I would throw Hunter out the window and jump out after him.

Promise it DOES get better though, and once she sleeps through the night consistently.. think of how freakin' awesome you will feel ;)

Actually she has been sleep through for 2.5 months until last Thursday. from 7-6/6.30am consistently. No idea what has gotten into her!

could there be a new tooth/teeth on the way? we found when Avery was teething she'd scream, cry and have trouble sleeping so we gave her infant tylenol which helped.. once the tooth had popped out she'd be better

Thanks Erik. Is Avery a good napper / sleeper?

she was a terrible sleeper much of the time in the first year.. she'd cry and scream at the top of her lungs and we'd put her in the crib and close the door and plug our ears! quite often, Nancy would just latch her on for a feeding and co-sleep as that's the only way to get her calmed down (Avery was breast-addicted and has never once taken a bottle) .. fortunately now at the age of 13 months things are pretty good as she sleeps from about 9:30 pm to 8:30 am (usually waking up at least once at night screaming with a full diaper) and takes at least 1 nap a day (usually screams for 10 mins til she passes out)

Hope Clover's sleep routine improves soon.. something must be bugging her (ie: teething?)
