I think it's REALLY rude for people to take advantage of the excused dismissal and ditch school to sleep, or to go to the funeral just to say they went not even dressed appropriately. Or the people that left to go smoke up somewhere. Really respectful guys.
I'm having problems with basically all of my colleges right now. Eastern said if I don't fax them (yet another) copies of my current semester grades that they're going to delete my application. Salem State never received my SAT grades, so I called and they magically appeared, and I got a "conditional" acceptance, meaning as long as I do well in senior English I can keep my admission. I am guaranteed housing at the moment. Southern swears I never filled out an application, even though I just reapplied twice. Umass Amherst never received my current semester grades OR transcript, and if it's not updated as received by Friday when they update the servers, I have to send them another copy also. And finally, UMass Darmouth is waiting for my application fee (the one I sent three months ago mind you) to process, and I'm "pending" because my grades weren't up to par. Yes, I could get into UHa and get rejected from Umass. Super.
I got a hair appointment, finally. However, it's in the beginning of February because Renee is almost fully booked (which makes me feel good about using her). I'm going on 7 months now. It's $130 for a cut, full foil, and blow-dry, and she might have to charge another $15 because my hair might be considered "long." I don't even care at this point though. 7 months is way too long, and my hair looks like royal crap. I wish I could cut it up to my shoulders again, but my mom assured me that she won't let me get it done again without her supervision unless I just reshape. I guess everyone likes my long hair..except me?
I have had a huge headache since this morning, but couldn't take any Excedrin until I got home from school because I ran out and couldn't get in mom's bathroom today. It was grand.
I convinced Mr. Brennan to let seniors with A's be exempt from finals. I had an A- this past semester, so I'm hoping I get at least that same grade this time around, otherwise I have to be in school for 45 minutes on Thursday. If not, 4 day weekend :).
There is laundry to be done, as usual.
