Muhahahaha! Finally got my CV complete! Only problem now is I don’t have a printer, which may hinder getting it to potential jobs! But at least I can now send applications online.

Feeling more positive on the job front. (“,) I’m still going to apply for other random jobs around my area though. Because a shitty job is much better than no job at all

It's not as bad as all that - Inheritance Tax (or IHT as it's known in the biz) it's only charged at 40% on the amount over £300k - so in your example that would be a tax bill of £40,000. There are ways to reduce it using trusts and what-not - all yucky probate stuff.
