Hi there! I'm interested in getting two doujinshi by the same circle. the artist hasn't show any prices yet, I've seen them at toranoana, but I believe that in there they're more expensive than when they sell it at events(?), well I'm not really sure.

The prices: A partner is gift you give yourself: 450 yen
so, erm..someone else found out that the books cost 900Yen and 400Yen. So in total that's 1300Yen for the books as such + 400Yen circle fee + 200Yen book fee. That'll be 1900Yen for the first payment. Which is 17,70€. I'm gonna charge that. If there'll be any changes we'll fix that at the second payment. I hope this is fine for you. ^^
Yes, that's right. The pick-up fee works like that.
The deadline is the 18th. (means one day before the event) But please keep in mind that most circles sell max. 2-3 copies of one book to one buyer. So if other people order the same titles you want before you then they are the ones to get the books ofc.
As for the last minute announcements, as long as I have the title and location of the circle I'll be probably able to get it.

Is the price of the two she wants included in the 1500Yen or is she willing to spend the 1500Yen additionally on whatever books there might be from this circle?
The calculation goes like this now:
1000(Vintage) + 400(Circle fee) + 100(book fee) + 200(Muramasa Kotetsu) + 100(book fee) + 1500(極上牛まるごと食べ...) + 400(Circle fee) + 100(book fee) + 200(how to play with ...) + 100(book fee) + 500(last released book) + 400(circle fee) + 100(book fee) + 500(夏の嵐) + 100(book fee) + 500(last released book) + 400(circle fee) + 100(book fee) + 300(SKY FILM) + 100(book fee) = 7100Yen (I will add the additional price and book fee at the second payment in case there are more books by the last artist)
7100Yen are 66€. Please let me know your paypal adress and I'll send you an invoice.

Just to make sure I got it right, the pick-up fee is 500 yen per circle and an additional 100 yen for each title? Is that it?
Also, when is the deadline for orders? A lot of my favorite circles are very prone to last-minute announcements, y'see ^_^;
