Ok so, house hunting for a bachelor pad is HARD. This, of course, is a buyers market and what you could get for 5 or 6 million dollars five years ago and what you can get for that now is totally different ( Read more... )

You should get the new Lexus HS. It's bad ass man. It's a hybrid and everything. It's the most awesome car I've ever seen.

Awww, bb Nick being socially conscious with the hybrid suggestion. Thanks for sending it on, but I want something with a little kick to it...I will look into the Lexus though.

Oh yah I'm all for the 'we are the future!' 'save our seas!' 'stop global warming now! sort of thing. ehhh kinda. but the Lexus HS is just totally awesome. It's got infrared and cameras and turn by turn navigation and xm satellite radio - and it all comes with the regular package, no need to upgrade to it. but fine. if you don't think you could handle it, maybe i'll just purchase myself one.

Pfft, no I totally can't handle the hybrid mom car. It looks like a really expensive Prius. I am actually thinking of a Ferrari Califonia.

IA about the first house. Maybe if I get it we can go shopping for furniture together. You know, get paint samples and that sort of thing. :)
