So, Mike and I found our new apartment. It's a 2/2, just shy of 1,000 sq feet. All in all our total individual monthly bills aren't going to change by more than $100 or so. Seriously Katelynn having a w / d in unit is an absolute must. Glad you found that plus ac. Sounds nice. Those are my must haves too. Next place im holding out for hardwood floors. Yay for love feelings!

I'm jealous- if I want a washer and dryer here, I have to knock down some wall and install the hookup first- huge pain in the butt. Plus I lose an entire closet to the washer and dryer machines.
