I know which woman you are talking about and you are absolutely right on all counts. however, this particular rant was about the young lady graphic designer at the print shop, who was just being a run of the mill pain in the ass.

When I've got this many things to juggle, I tend to become extremely impatient with the incompetent, lazy, and rude masses. :P
