The beaded leaves aren't working for me, not for this gown. The topazes, though! I put in my vote for those. I don't think it'll be over the top at all. The shoes are GREAT. Not period? Mmmm, I say they can definitely pass for period. I love the button, but maybe not that particular one.

Also: love the fluttery sleeves!

Thank you! I really like the sleeves too. And the shoes working but I thought maybe the heel should be a little chunkier. Yes,,, I'm still looking for an option for the buttons, Id like to find shoe clips.

You're on the button with the topaz trim, and to add a little to your lace, FAB-U-LOUS! I'm envious of that lace. The dress looks so great, and the shoes, What a find!

Thank you! yes... I am going to try the sewn on topaz jewels, I can always edit that.

I have a way to go but I'm seeing the light at the end of the tunnel now. Its pretty much all hand work from here on out. The fun part for me... trimming!!
