18th Commission 2012 -Start to Finish

I was contacted by http://anhistoricallady.blogspot.com to create a Robe a la Francaise gown and accessories for her.

She is a lovely lady who lives and breathes 18th century.  She and her husband live in an historic home and present living history.

Her level of historical commitment had me a little nervous.  I lean toward the pretty princess style ( Read more... )

lovely! the trim really makes it and she's obviously happy in it! The fit turned out really well which is impressive considering you weren't able to fit in person!
