[Private//Hackable]

I almost had it too... I was this close to making the water rise above my head... then stupid Filch was making his rounds and saw me. Now I have detention for a week! A week! It's ridiculous, just because I had to sneak out of the dorm room to practice...

I really need to get a messenger owl soon- it takes so long for ( Read more... )

You should get a large powerful flying creature. If I had been aloud I would have all my packages delivered by dragon. I would receive mail like no mail has ever been received before! I would be the only one to receive mail as my dragon would devourer or chase away the other creatures. The students would be lost in CHAOS AS CONTACT WITH THE REAL WORLD WOULD SEIZE!

Then again, I suppose that's not what you're going for.

...Are you alright?

Besides, dragons are cold-blooded. They wouldn't survive the weather up north.

Dragons can breathe fire, they could just warm themselves. If it's to cold for a powerful creature as amazing as a dragon then there's no reason for your family to be living there anyway.

Not all dragons breathe fire, and they are far too unpredictable to train properly. Besides, brute strength does not neccesarily mean they have endurance.

Yhe tribe? My, where are you from, may I ask?

I'm from an Inuit tribe in northern Canada. It's very far and cold, so it takes days for any mail to get there.

Oh my, that is quite far. How do they get mail up there, can owls fly quite so easily? Perhaps they use polar bears... My, that would be a sight.

Well, an owl will fly it to a post office further south, where someone will then deliver it to the tribe.

That's why I wanted to get one of those snowy owls- they don't make the pit stop.

Water magic? *laughes to himself*

Maybe Filch just gave you detention for choosing such a pathetic element.

Excuse me?!

Water is the best element there is!

If you disregard every other element, then I guess you could say water magic has some value.

Oh really? Then what element do you think is the best?

*writing is messy and somehow sinister* ..So you were the one....

..Your family... they live far away?

Yes, in an Inuit tribe in northern Canada. Being that far away makes getting letters quite difficult.

((ooc: Sounds good to me XD))

*raises head from his talking journal, tries unsuccessfully to pinpoint Katara's voice in the chatter from the Great Hall*

But they still write to you... you must miss each other.

[[^__^!
*facepalm* And by 'seen her' I meant 'heard her go by'... sometimes it's hard to remember I'm writing a blind character. XD]]

Yes, we miss each other very much. Though, I could live without the jokes my brother considers 'funny'.
